Kick off the New Year with your mind focused and intentions clear!
Join us at Zen on January 1st - participants are encouraged to drop in anytime between 1 and 4 pm for this special workshop. You will zero in on the energy and vision you wish to manifest for 2024. This is a DIY workshop (not an exercise class) -create a "What's Your Intent" bracelet (and make one for a friend) and a 2024 vision or goal-setting board. All materials will be provided for you. Enjoy our new Zen tea and an extra 10% off in the Zen Boutique. This is a great afternoon to spend with friends, teens, or a wonderful gift to give someone else to enjoy! The workshop is not for young children.
Cost: $40 (all materials included)
