How do I start?
You do not need to be a member to book a fitness assessment or to purchase personal training.
Monica moved from California to Libertyville a couple years ago. She's a lifelong athlete (dance, track, volleyball, basketball, waterskiing, surfing, softball, tennis, golf, gymnastics) who incorporates something from each of these disciplines to make sessions not only interesting, but to create workouts that feed your body more that a typical training session would include.
