NEW Class! Pilates

Length, strength, and control. This WARM Mat Pilates class will focus on lengthening and strengthening your muscles with an emphasis on stability, posture, and core. This class will use props such as a TheraBand or light weights. This class is GREAT for all levels and modifications will be provided. Bring a yoga mat, towel, and a water bottle. The studio will be WARM, between 75-85 degrees.

This slow, vinyasa style class creates equilibrium and calms the mind. Focused teaching and attention to detail enable participants to breathe deeply and build strength, length and steadiness in each posture. Steady your being and grow your practice. Studio is heated between 90 and 95 degrees.

Barre & Flow

 Hot, energetic, powerful. Infrared heat together with a dynamic playlist will ignite the fire in your practice. This power vinyasa-style class emphasizes dynamic sequencing, powerful postures and precision alignment to increase strength and flexibility. Guided, focused breath will clear the mind. Variations make this class available to all levels. The studio is heated to 95 degrees.

This fusion class is for those who want to lengthen, tone, and stretch. Standing Pilates and barre for balance and lengthening, core work on the mat, light hand weights for toning, and a stretchy yoga sequence to feel amazing. Bring a yoga mat and a water bottle. The room is warm. This class is for ALL levels!

Support

This functional, supported yoga class is ideal for anyone with wrist, shoulder or knee issues who wants the physical and mental benefits of yoga. Bring your own yoga mat, a chair is provided. We use 2-pound hand weights for strength, the back of the chair for standing Pilates, and chair and mat to both sit and stand in yoga poses. This class will improve balance, increase strength, and give you a great stretch with a yoga flow that does NOT require getting up and down off the mat.

Lengthening, strengthening, evolving. This slow vinyasa style class creates equilibrium and calms the mind. Expanded teaching on alignment, breath, and focus will challenge new and seasoned yogis alike. Steady your being and grow your practice. Studio is heated between 75 and 95 degrees, depending on the specific class.

Healing, nourishing, detoxifying. Infrared warmth, coupled with breath connection and deep stretches provide the perfect environment to release tight muscles and to restore balance to the body. All stretch, no flow, this class utilizes a variety of props to assist in recharging you for life. Perfect for all levels. The studio is warmed to 75 degrees.

Intentional, vigorous, integrated. Infrared heat prepares the body for an empowering and revitalizing practice. This yoga-fusion class will develop physical and mental strength and may incorporate light weights and heart pumping movement. There will be options appropriate for all levels. The studio is heated to 90 degrees.

Restore

Relaxing, calming, gentle. This restorative class will focus on relaxation and restoration. Supported holds relax and encourage mobility, while meditation and breath revive the mind. This class will use props to assist you in finding your Zen. Perfect for all levels and anyone wanting to unwind. Dress for comfort. This class is offered bi-monthly on the 2nd and 4th Thursdays. The studio is warmed to 70 degrees.

Restore

Shanti. Meditation for your life that is accessible and all your own. Look for guided and independent STILL class times on the schedule prior to and immediately following our classes. Dress for comfort. Meditation pillows provided. Please enter and exit this practice in silence.
