Endurance & Core

This is a 60-minute class: 45 minutes of cardio endurance on the bike where you are coached to stay with the MyZone program created specifically for your class. Then come off the bike for 15 minutes of CORE and a stretch. Wear your MyZone (you can purchase one just ask the instructor). SPD cycle shoes are strongly recommended. Bring a water bottle and a yoga mat.

This 45-minute cycling class incorporates endurance, power, speed, and strength. Your instructor will coach you on RPM, WATTS, and heart rate. SPD Cycle shoes are strongly recommended. Bring a water bottle and a sweat towel.

This is a 45-minute circuit training class with stations for cardio, strength and core. This is a TOTAL body workout with great coaching and lots of FUN! Wear clean sneakers and bring a water bottle. (this is a circuit/bootcamp class, not a cycle class.)

This a 45-minute cycle class approximately 30 minutes of cycling followed by 15 minutes of strength off the bike using a variety of equipment. You can wear sneakers or SPD cycle shoes. Bring a water bottle and a sweat towel.

This is a 45-minute cycle-fusion class using the bike for cardio and intervals of TRX for upper body and core strength. Bring a water bottle and a sweat towel. You can wear SPD cycle shoes or sneakers. Bring a water bottle.
