Zen Yoga

Leave your cares at the door. Zen is a sanctuary to go inward; to focus on your breath, your mind and body. We offer signature hot and warm classes for all levels (ages 15 & up) as well as gided and independent meditation. We also offer wellness and nutrition consultations.
