Your 6-Week Challenge begins with an InBody Body Composition Analysis, then a 1:1 training/assessment, then you start your 6 weeks of UNLIMITED classes in all 3 studios! You get a Nutrition video with homework each Monday, you send me your weight each Wednesday! If you want a personal training session each week we can do that too!

Our comprehensive 6-Week Challenge is customized to you and your goals.
Your journey begins with a one-on-one consultation with studio owner and master instructor Heather Fahrenkrog where you will get real information about what your body is made of by doing an InBody Body Composition Analysis. (don’t worry – it doesn’t hurt!) Based on your InBody results and your goals, Heather will tell you exactly what to do – which classes to take, how often, what size weights you should be using, what you should be doing on the bike at RPM, etc. Heather will also look at your form when lifting weights and doing cardio (on the bike at RPM). You will end this consult by receiving a mini Stretch Flow session.
Each week, you will receive nutrition guidance and weekly information (sometimes 'homework') from our registered dietitian Kelly Duncombe. There will also be weekly check-ins and weigh-ins to keep you accountable and on the right track.
