Spring is the perfect season for a new challenge. Ask yourself: how can I improve upon my baseline fitness? How do I improve performance in a specific event? What am I missing with sports nutrition and recovery? How do I achieve a new, energizing goal and not get injured?!
Find a local event or race to register for: a 5K, 10K, half marathon, a cycling event, or a triathlon! Spring It On will give you weekly coaching and training including proper sports nutrition, the best recovery foods, pre-competition meals, and more! Be part of a community of people training, share tips, and find a great workout partner!
Program Includes:
*Spring It On is a 6-week program from 4/8/24-5/18/24
*Choice of one InBody OR one Stretch Flow
*6 LIVE coaching calls with nutrition (Kelly Duncombe) and specific training information (Heather) for your event beginning the week of April 8th - day/time TBD. All calls are recorded.
*SIO FaceBook group to share tips, training schedules, hold each other accountable, etc.
*One in-person coaching workshop (you can attend all three): swim, bike and run. Dates/times TBD.
Executive Members: $99
Members: $199
Non-Members: $299 (Non-members receive unlimited classes at all 3 studios for 6 weeks)
