This is a FREE informational call to learn more about The Spring Reset - a 6-week challenge with Clean Cut. Register for the call to meet Lori and Karen (The Clean Cut gals), ask questions, and hear from members who participated previously. I will send the recording to everyone booked on the call. The Spring Reset begins Monday, May 5th and ends on Friday, June 13th. You'll want to be registered no later than May 2nd to prepare for Week One. The cost is $99 and includes a weekly LIVE call (and recording), recipes, education and so much FUN getting our Spring Reset on!

Heather at Zen Yoga has generously donated her space for this event. All refreshments, the yoga class and auction items are also generous donations from Lindsey's friends and community. 100% of the proceeds of this event will go to funding research and covering Emi's care.

It's the First Friday of May! Flowers bloom in nature, and people can bloom into an expanded and newer version of themselves. To blossom like a flower means to thrive in life. This gentle yoga flow class will focus on renewal, growth, awakening, and incorporate some energizing poses that reflect the vitality of the season. This class is suitable for all levels. This class is FREE, please bring a friend! Dress comfortably and bring a yoga mat if you have one. We have extras in our studio.
Golf Strength & Yoga: Enhance Your Game and Your Flexibility!

This class combines strength-building exercises and yoga techniques tailored to golfers, designed to improve your performance on the course. Focus on developing key muscle groups used in golf—core stability, rotational strength, balance, and flexibility—while also enhancing your mental clarity and focus through yoga.
Through a series of functional movements and yoga postures, we’ll target areas that support the golf swing, increase range of motion, and prevent injuries. Learn breathwork techniques to help you stay centered, calm, and focused on your game. Whether you’re looking to increase power, improve flexibility, or stay grounded under pressure, this class will leave you feeling stronger, more balanced, and better prepared for every round.
*The April 9th class will feature the MELT Method with Mary Slight.
