January 20th 1-2 pm
A day off from school - bring the kids to a yoga class! This class is most appropriate for kids ages 8-12. We will play yoga games, learn yoga poses, and meditate, or try to! Mostly a movement-based class. Kids wear comfortable clothing and will be barefoot for class. If more than two children will attend, please email us for a family rate and for us to book you: membership@hgstudios.club.
January 21st at 5 pm
This is a FREE informational zoom call with Heather to learn more about BFR (Blood Flow Restriction) Bands and the Specialized Group Training class. Heather will explain what BFR bands are, how they benefit different populations, and give an overview of the group training program. A link will be provided for you to order BFR bands at a discount. Everyone who is booked for the call will receive the recording. The call will last approximately 20 minutes plus time for questions. **The zoom link will be emailed to those booked in the afternoon on 1/21.

Glow with the Flow is a vibrant Vinyasa yoga experience like no other! Designed for all levels, this class combines dynamic flows with the excitement of glow-in-the-dark fun. Participants will be provided with glow bracelets, and the room will be illuminated by black lights, creating an electrifying atmosphere. Set to an upbeat playlist, this class will have you flowing to the rhythm, glowing from the inside out, and embracing the joy of movement.
Whether you’re a seasoned yogi or just starting your journey, “Glow with the Flow” is the perfect way to light up your practice and your night!

February 7th 5:30-6:45 pm
The BEAT Goes On! It's First Friday! Wear RED for Heart health! A special 75-minute class that includes a 30-minute heart pumpin' beat thumpin' ride with Heather at RPM and a 30-minute yoga class at Zen with Laura (15-minute studio switch time). Class is followed by sparkling water, wine and a healthy heart treat!
This is a 56-person extravaganza: up to 28 people can start on the bike (RPM) for a 30-minute ride and then they will go next door to Zen for a 30-minute stretchy yoga class. At the same time up to 28 people start at Zen (this class will be a warm-up for the bike) and then you will go next door to finish the night at RPM - class will end with a great stretch.
Bring clean, dry sneakers or SPD cycling shoes for RPM, a water bottle and a sweat towel. Bring a dry shirt or sweatshirt for Zen and a yoga mat. You must be registered in advance. Cost: $10 (Executive Members no charge).
Feb. 8th 9:30-10:15 am Cardio Dance Demo class
Join us for this 45-minute HEART STRONG event - a fun, aerobic dance-fitness class that will get your heart pumping learning an original, short dance fitness routine with some sculpting and toning moves intertwined. No dance experience needed - this class will bring confidence and encourage self-expression. Come ready to sweat!
Class Breakdown:
Warm-up (10 min): Stretching and strength work (core, arms, glutes, legs).
Routine (10 min): Participants learn a short dance routine (the typical length is around 8-10 eight counts). The routine is taught without music to counts; modifications are offered. Each routine involves a floor section (typically planks, mountain climbers, sit ups, etc.) for some interval training. Once the routine is learned to counts, music section starts.
Cardio Dancing Section (20 min): Approximately 8-10 songs for about 30 min of cardio dancing. The songs start slow (~100 bpm) and progress to a faster pace (max~130 bpm).
Cool-Down (5 min): Stretching to end class.
