Class will start with a heart opening meditation with lavender bliss essential oil (use of oil is optional). As you begin to journey into deep relaxation with the support of the cushioned bolsters, you will begin to find a space to rest, reflect and renew. The studio will be comfortably warm at 75 degrees. Wear comfortable clothing, bring a yoga mat and a water bottle. Autopay Members: $20. Non-members: $30. Executive Members: No charge.

This is a FREE informational zoom call with Heather and Dr. Mike DeBord, the founder of B3 Sciences, to learn more about BFR (Blood Flow Restriction) Bands and the Specialized Group Training class. Heather will explain what BFR bands are, how they benefit different populations, and give an overview of the group training program. A link will be provided for you to order BFR bands at a discount. Everyone who is booked for the call will receive the recording. The call will last approximately 20 minutes plus time for questions.
