Spend an hour with one of our trained yoga teachers (you can request) working on whatever your practice needs: whether it be refining poses, or doing a full hour practice where you are assisted along the way  

$125/hr.  You can also split this with a friend (2 person max)

Geared for 3-5 people to have a smaller class experience. Choose your theme, music, movement empasis or leave it all to our instructor to guide you through this hour long practice with your group. $200, add on the community space for $50/hr, if you’d like to stay and gather. 

(book clubs, birthdays, bible studies, etc)

Need a spot for your group to meet?  Comfortable seating for up to 12 people. Bring your own beverages and snacks and enjoy our space. $100/ 2 hr slots

Want to add a yoga class to begin your time together? + $125 for class

We love our local sports teams and know the benefits to our athletes to practice yoga. This time can be spent in more of an athlete’s recovery yoga with mediation or we can fire up the studio and provide a workout-style class. Teams up to 40 athletes. Special pricing for our community teams of $175

Friends, coworkers, volunteer groups looking for a new way to celebrate the holiday season. Gather for a yoga class and use our community space after to mingle and toast to this festive time of year. Additional details can be coordinated upon

completion of your interest form.

Up to 20 kids for a 40 minute yoga class, designed and geared toward the appropriate aged group. Special requests for music and emphasis on the birthday yogi if you would like. Use our community space after for cake  and gift opening.
