“I want to thank you both for the wonderful and educational experience I had over the last 6 weeks! I loved all the calls; the information I learned as well as hearing thoughts from the other ladies. I will admit that I was on the fence with whether I was going to do it (was it worth the time and money, would it really help me, etc.). The answer is yes on all accounts! I feel great and feel more in control of what is happening to my body and mind. I have lost 3 pounds by really focusing on taking small steps by eating more protein and veggies, eating less sugar and being aware of the time at night as I attempt to get more sleep. - COACHING: From the coaches knowing the clients’ names (and if you’re Heather, knowing where everyone lives, their favorite color0, to offering modifications for those that may need higher/lower impact, to creating upbeat and fun playlists, there isn’t a group of fitness professionals that works harder to provide a positive and memorable experience for their clients.
- CONSISTENCY: The variety of classes offered morning, noon, and night paired with a wonderful lineup of more than qualified instructors make it so that HG members can become consistent in their weekly workouts. There is no reason not to stay the course and integrate daily workouts into one’s schedule, as we know exercise is critical for our health and well-being no matter our age.
- COMMUNITY: You can’t help but feel the warmth and the support of the community as a member of HG Studios. Classmates and instructors alike go out of their way to offer a helping hand, a tidbit of advice, an ear to listen, a shoulder to lean on, or a dose of accountability." - Dana M.
“I took my measurements (bust, waist, hips, thighs, and arms) at the beginning of the 6-week program. I measured for the first time again this morning and am down 11.25 inches overall. Biggest drop in waist (-3"), thighs (-2.5"), chest (-1.5") and hips (-1"). My jeans are fitting way better than when I first started the program!” – Donna G.

“Thank you for the weekly virtual coaching calls and the handouts, they are great. The best thing about LBD for me is the accountability - going to class at least 3 times a week. I took yoga last week. I often must motivate myself to go to yoga, but I never regret it – Zen is so beautiful.
