Train Like An Athlete!

Spring is the perfect season for a new challenge!

 What does it feel like to go from someone who exercises five times a week to becoming an athlete? What does it take? Can anyone do that?

YES!!!

Training for an athletic event - a 5K, half marathon, a cycling event, a triathlon – is a game changer. You have a clear goal you're working toward EVERY SINGLE DAY. You must stay on track - a clear plan for what workout belongs on what day, a clear plan for recovery each week. And of course, your nutrition must be on point.


You become an athlete when you train like one - it's both mental and physical. You view your body differently - with love and respect. Your mind is sharp. Your goal is clear. It's a beautiful thing, especially in the springtime! Feel yourself blossom this spring - let's Spring it On! 

Six Weeks to Blossom into the Next Level Of You!

Spring It On is a six-week event-based performance and nutrition program. 


YOU pick the event WE provide you some key tools and resources to support your success and performance.

You will need a journal and a training plan- we will provide support in terms of studio classes, recovery, mindset and nutrition. 


Register for 'Spring it On' to be coached weekly with sports nutrition, recovery foods, fluids and dehydration, pre-competition meals, and more! Experience our new Stretch Flow while training and best of all- be part of a community of people also training - share tips and find a great workout partner! We start with an InBody to give you the best plan for success, then 6 LIVE coaching calls with nutrition, fitness and mindset coaching. Non-members receive unlimited classes at all 3 studios for 6 weeks. This is where you Spring it On!


Important Dates:

  •  April 3: Early Bird pricing ends
  • April 3 at 6 pm: Virtual Info call
  • April 9: Registration closes
  • Week of April 10: InBody Body Composition Scans begin
  • April 17: Live coaching calls begin
