Yin is a style of yoga that is slower paced and meditative. While “yang” yoga focuses on your muscles, yin yoga targets your deep connective tissues, like your fascia, ligaments, and joints. In this 60-minute class you will hold passive floor poses for hips, pelvis, legs and the lower spine. The class will begin and end with meditation.
This fusion class is for those who want to lengthen, tone, and stretch. Standing Pilates and barre for balance and lengthening, core work on the mat, light hand weights for toning, and a stretchy yoga sequence to feel amazing. Bring a yoga mat and a water bottle. The room is warm. This class is for ALL levels!
Hot, energetic, powerful. Infrared heat together with a dynamic playlist will ignite the fire in your practice. This power vinyasa-style class emphasizes dynamic sequencing, powerful postures and precision alignment to increase strength and flexibility. Guided, focused breath will clear the mind. Variations make this class available to all levels. The studio is heated to 95 degrees.
Length, strength, and control. This WARM Mat Pilates class will focus on lengthening and strengthening your muscles with an emphasis on stability, posture, and core. This class will use props such as a TheraBand or light weights. This class is GREAT for all levels and modifications will be provided. Bring a yoga mat, towel, and a water bottle. The studio will be WARM, between 75-85 degrees.
This slow, vinyasa style class creates equilibrium and calms the mind. Focused teaching and attention to detail enable participants to breathe deeply and build strength, length and steadiness in each posture. Steady your being and grow your practice. Studio is heated between 90 and 95 degrees.
This 45- minute class will take traditional yoga and give it some edge. It's part Power, part Vinyasa, fused with elements of sports training. Think Plyos and Poses. It's heart-pumping & calming. It's Beast Mode and it's Zen. Challenge your mind, body and convention. Bring a yoga mat and a water bottle. This class is done barefoot.
Lengthening, strengthening, evolving. This slow vinyasa style class creates equilibrium and calms the mind. Expanded teaching on alignment, breath, and focus will challenge new and seasoned yogis alike. Steady your being and grow your practice. Studio is heated between 75 and 95 degrees, depending on the specific class.
Healing, nourishing, detoxifying. Infrared warmth, coupled with breath connection and deep stretches provide the perfect environment to release tight muscles and to restore balance to the body. All stretch, no flow, this class utilizes a variety of props to assist in recharging you for life. Perfect for all levels. The studio is warmed to 75 degrees.
Intentional, vigorous, integrated. Infrared heat prepares the body for an empowering and revitalizing practice. This yoga-fusion class will develop physical and mental strength and may incorporate light weights and heart pumping movement. There will be options appropriate for all levels. The studio is heated to 90 degrees.
