RPM Cycle & Bootcamp

Book Classes

At RPM Cycle & Bootcamp the atmosphere is ELECTRIC and the coaches will motivate you and keep you coming back for more!    


What you need to know: 


  • Our schedule features 45 and 60-minute classes. 
  • Some cycle classes are ONLY cycle - called RIDE! 
  • Cycle-fusion classes combine cycling and strength, core or yoga - called UNITE!
  • We offer TWO kinds of BOOTCAMP classes: indoor Bootcamp using the bike and outdoor Bootcamp without the bike.
  • Purchase a MyZone ($129/original or $159 for the Switch) to improve your performance and participate in our team challenges.
  • You can wear (clean) sneakers or SPD cycle shoes on the Keiser M3i. 
  • Please bring a water bottle and a sweat towel to class. You might need a yoga mat for cycle-fusion classes.
  • Please arrive at least 5 minutes before class begins to choose a bike and set up.
