Body Composition Analysis is the measuring of your body composition - your body muscle, fat and water. Rather than focusing your efforts on a single number on your bathroom scale, knowing your body composition enables you to focus on loosing body fat, gaining muscle and retaining proper amounts of water in specific areas of your body. You can use body composition analysis to track your progress and track how healthy you are. Plus, your analysis data feeds directly into your MyZone app so you can further track and monitor your progress and workouts! Key components of the analysis include:

Your session will begin with a consultation with an InBody Certified Coach followed by the electronic analysis of your body composition and print out of the data. You and your Coach will then discuss the data, your goals and define any action items for success. The analysis takes just a few minutes - wear light clothing and barefoot. Do not eat or exercise within 3 hours of the analysis. The InBody result will feed into your MyZone. This is the best way to stay accountable.
