The MELT Method is a unique self-treatment approach that uses specialized soft body rollers and small MELT Hand and Foot Balls that are designed to relieve aches and pains brought on by aging and active living. Reduce inflammation, ease chronic neck and low back strain, improve alignment, and strength. The MELT Whole-Body Treatment techniques are easy to learn and will help you remain active, healthy and pain-free for life! The MELT Method is a perfect complement to body work and all exercise modalities! You will learn the Mini Hand Treatment and Foot Treatment using the soft MELT ball, the Rebalance sequence and a few upper and lower body moves on the specialized MELT roller. This workshop is perfect for those interested in learning the foundational moves of MELT and tapping into the amazing healing potential your body already possesses.

This is a special FREE community yoga class. This slow vinyasa style class creates equilibrium and calms the mind. Expanded teaching on alignment, breath, and focus will challenge new and seasoned yogis alike to allow your body to deepen into a stretch or pause in a strength-building pose. All levels are welcome - modifications are always offered. The studio will be heated to 90 degrees. Please bring a yoga mat to this class.
